The AL-MUUC02 Microwave-Ultrasonic-Ultraviolet Combined Reactor is a product designed based on our company's control technology and tailored to meet the needs of university faculty and students. This instrument features seven experimental modes: microwave, ultrasonic, ultraviolet, microwave-ultrasonic combination, microwave-ultraviolet combination, ultrasonic-ultraviolet combination, and microwave-ultrasonic-ultraviolet combination. It is a combined synthesis instrument that integrates electromagnetic waves, sound waves, and light waves.
Utilizes the thermal and non-thermal effects of microwaves;
Employs the cavitation and mechanical effects of ultrasound to accelerate solute dissolution, with immense energy concentration during cavitation bubble collapse;
Uses ultraviolet irradiation to cause molecules to absorb photons, leading to internal electron energy level transitions, forming unstable excited states, which then further dissociate or undergo other reactions. Since the absorption of photons of a given wavelength is often characteristic of specific molecular groups, photocatalysis enables reactions at specific molecular sites.
Accelerates chemical reaction rates through physical and chemical processes, enabling reactions that would not occur under conventional conditions or enhancing existing reaction speeds and degrees.

The ultrasonic probe of the AL-MUUC02 Microwave-Ultrasonic-Ultraviolet Combined Reactor is fixed with quick-connect fittings, allowing the probe to be detached and the ultrasonic device to be used separately for other experiments, greatly expanding the instrument's application scenarios. When the quick-connect fitting cover is closed, the device can be used solely for microwave applications, and the absence of the ultrasonic probe significantly increases the usable space within the cavity.
The ultraviolet lamp tube of the AL-MUUC02 Microwave-Ultrasonic-Ultraviolet Combined Reactor has a spectral energy distribution centered at 365nm, with a power of 250W. The upper end is equipped with a cooling fan to reduce the temperature of the ultraviolet lamp tube. The ultraviolet lamp tube can be easily replaced by the user, making maintenance simple and convenient.
